Elaine has been an Investor in her own right and buying and selling businesses for clients for the last 10 years. She has won numerous awards for sales achievements but values more highly the outcomes that she achieves for her clients, many of whom she has done multiple transactions for.
Elaine is happy to consult with Business Owners or Companies wishing to sell or acquire, on the best strategies and structuring to achieve the outcome that they desire. For business owners, this will range from a complete sale to complete freedom while leaving money invested in the business at an excellent return.
Elaine will assist on either an outcome basis or as an M&A Consultant for Corporates wishing to execute an acquisition strategy in New Zealand and often further afield.
On a selective basis, she will also assist New Zealand businesses to raise equity through dilution/sale of shares to professional investors.
For more than 25 years prior, Elaine held Senior Executive positions within the ITT sector both in Europe and New Zealand gaining significant experience of corporate merger and acquisitions from the “coal face”. Elaine led the formation of Onesource from the combined operations of U-Bix Document Solutions and Cogent Communications over a period of 2 years whilst maintaining targeted growth. The creation of a new brand and culture played a big part in this. (New Zealand Business October 2003).
She had and still has a passion for “Values” in business and is a keen champion of Values Based Accreditation. The work done at Onesource is used as a reference in Values at Work by Michael Henderson, published by Harper Collins.
